At its meeting in Seoul on 12 April, 2003 the European ExCom approved the programme below after having approved the programme for Friday and Saturday in Prague on 18 October, 2002 and following a meeting of the Portuguese group held in Lisbon on 20 December and conversations with Peter Sutherland.
